Since I’ve been on my fitness journey and using BeachBody’s awesome programs, I have fell in love with two of them. So I decided to share my love for the first of these two programs which is Turbofire.
Turbofire is an intense kick boxing program you can do at home. It’s filled with great music and awesome moves that really get you going. Chalene Johnson who is the trainer is excellent she helps to motivate you and pumps you up to keep going even when you want to quit.
People love this program because you can get fabulous results in 90 days by eating right and sticking to the program. Nothing is easy about this workout so it’s awesome that they have a modifier person you can follow so you can go at your own pace. Also they have a new to class section where they break down all of the moves so it won’t be hard for you to do during the class.
So if you’ve seen the infomercial for Turbofire and have though about purchasing it, I give it two thumbs up and highly recommend it if you want a fun program that will get you results.
