Since I plan on restarting Insanity in two weeks, I am currently in the preparation stage. The food plan was the most difficult thing to understand so I decided to start there. I read the Elite nutrition guide from cover to cover to make sure that I understand how it works.
I know many people who get confused on this programs meal plan so I thought that I would clear up some of the most common questions I have received.
1. How many times a day do you eat? You eat 5 times a day with Insanity. Manly because you will need to fuel your body because of the intensity of the workout. And to keep your levels even throughout the day.
2. Can you gain weight while using Insanity? Yes all you have to do is follow the meal plan but add 200-300 calories to you base calories(when you figure that out) and yes you can still get ripped to go hard with the workouts.
3. Women always want to know if they will get bulky doing this program. Completely not true as you will get lean from doing Insanity. It will help you shred pounds fast.

Since it was introduced back in December of 2011 the BeachBody challenge has surpassed the expectations of everyone involved. Contestants that join challenge groups are getting amazing results and winners are popping up all over the country. I have done a total of 3 challenge groups since its release date and members of my groups have done well.

Turbofire is one of my favorite BeachBody programs. I love to tell other people about it when they ask which program would be the right one for them. So I thought what would be better then me just telling them about the program then me showing them exactly what they would look like if they did Turbofire also.

I decided to redo the Insanity 60 day workout program. Since I completed the program a year ago and lost 17 lbs I thought that a second round may help me get to my goal weight.
This intense cardio workout will help slim you down in just 2 months time with a combination of the proper diet you should be able to get ripped in 60 days. Looking forward to being a slimmer me in a couple of months.
I think that starting out slow is what’s best for the beginner to this crazy workout(hence the name it truly is Insane). I am using the 20 minute routine called Fast and the furious to prepare myself for the real workout. Plan on restarting Insanity in April and tracking my results just like I did the last time.
I believe that was the difference for me. I counted my calories and wrote down what I ate. I also didn’t go crazy and check the scale all the time(because you can gain weight from muscle) Also taking before and after pics is a must with this workout because you can get an “I earned it” t-shirt based on your results!!
Since I’ve been on my fitness journey and using BeachBody’s awesome programs, I have fell in love with two of them. So I decided to share my love for the first of these two programs which is Turbofire.
Turbofire is an intense kick boxing program you can do at home. It’s filled with great music and awesome moves that really get you going. Chalene Johnson who is the trainer is excellent she helps to motivate you and pumps you up to keep going even when you want to quit.
People love this program because you can get fabulous results in 90 days by eating right and sticking to the program. Nothing is easy about this workout so it’s awesome that they have a modifier person you can follow so you can go at your own pace. Also they have a new to class section where they break down all of the moves so it won’t be hard for you to do during the class.
So if you’ve seen the infomercial for Turbofire and have though about purchasing it, I give it two thumbs up and highly recommend it if you want a fun program that will get you results. Being a BeachBody coach is an awesome experience. You have an opportunity to help others change their lives through adapting to a healthy lifestyle. Which for most can be hard to accomplish so it’s your job to motivate and guide them on their journey.
Receiving stories from the people you’re helping is very rewarding because it makes you feel good to know that because of you that person changed their lives for the better. Also as a coach because you’re helping others achieve their goals you always want to be aware of your own journey as well. Using products like P90x, Insanity, Turbofire or Brazil Buttt Lift help you because every time you achieve success with a particular program someone asks you about it and you can help them to get the same program and get results as well.
People think because as a coach we get a commission from others buying programs or products from us that it’s all about the money, for me that’s on the contrary. I love helping my friends and family get into the best shape of their lives just like me and my family are doing. So next time you think about becoming a coach think about the person you will help whether they have a lot of weight to lose or a little bit it’s all about helping people reach their fitness goals that’s why I love being a coach!!
